Services

We provide software development services under a separate written agreement or accepted proposal. These terms apply to the use of this website and, where no other agreement says otherwise, to our services.

Scope and cut-list

The scope of every project is fixed in a cut-list signed before work starts. Anything not listed is out of scope.

Change requests

Any work outside the cut-list is a change request.
We provide a written estimate within one business day, including impact on the timeline.
Work starts only after your written confirmation and payment of the add-on invoice.
A feature may be swapped for another of the same size at no cost if work on it has not started.
When add-ons approach the price difference to the next tier, the project may be upgraded with all payments credited.
After launch, new features are delivered through App Care hours, a retainer or a separate sprint.

Ownership

On payment, all rights to the project code and deliverables transfer to you. Infrastructure and domains are registered in your accounts; we do not resell hosting. Pre-existing reusable modules are licensed to you perpetually for the project.

Payments

Prices are in USD. Payment terms are set in the proposal (e.g. 50% to start and 50% on delivery). Add-ons are invoiced separately before work on them starts.

Delivery guarantee

For every week of delay caused by us, you receive one month of App Care free of charge. Delays caused by late feedback, access or materials from the client extend the timeline accordingly.

Accessibility services

Accessibility work delivers technical alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee protection against legal claims. The client confirms this in writing before work starts.

Agency (white-label) work

Under an Agency Partner agreement we work under the agency’s brand, sign an NDA and do not disclose our role to the agency’s clients unless the agency agrees.

Founding Partner Program

The founding rate applies to the first 5 projects, up to 3 per month. In return the client provides a 2-minute video review and permission to publish the case after an on-time launch. After the program the regular price increases.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid under the relevant agreement.
