How we work
A process you can check every day
Fixed scope, a demo on day 7, deployment to your accounts and a senior engineer who owns the result.
// day by day
From request to handover
- Day 0
Request
You send a brief, an estimate request or book a call. A senior engineer — not a salesperson — replies.
- Day 1–2
Scoping
We check how much of your product matches modules we already run (auth, payments, admin, catalog, PWA, analytics). That decides the tier: ≥70% — base price; 40–70% — base + add-ons; <40% — next tier or Blueprint.
- Day 2
Cut-list signed
Features in / out / later, price, date. Your repository and cloud accounts are set up the same day.
- Day 7
Working demo
You click through the real product on staging. One revision round is planned after the demo.
- Weekly
Async reports
Short video or text updates instead of long meetings. You see every commit.
- Day 14–28
Launch
Production deploy, analytics, monitoring.
- After launch
Stabilization
14–60 days of fixes depending on the tier, then App Care or full handover.
// team
Who you work with
Lead engineer
Your first call. Scopes the cut-list and owns delivery.
Product engineer
Builds features end-to-end from our ready modules.
QA & DevOps
Tests, CI/CD, monitoring and the deploy to your cloud.
Product designer
Flows and UI that real users understand on day one.
// quality
How we keep quality high at this speed
Ready modules
Auth, payments, admin, catalog, PWA, analytics — battle-tested in our own products. That’s why we’re fast, not shortcuts.
Code review & tests
Every change is reviewed. Critical flows (sign-up, payment, core scenario) are covered by tests.
Documentation
README, architecture notes and an account checklist — so any team can pick it up.
Your accounts
Repository, hosting, domains, Stripe — all registered to you from day one. We never resell infrastructure.
NDA & security
NDA on request before you share details. Least-privilege access, secrets in a vault, no keys in code.
AI as a tool
We use AI internally to move faster on routine work. Every line that ships is reviewed by a senior engineer.
// change requests
How changes and add-ons work
The cut-list is the boundary. Anything outside it is a change request with a public price.
- 01
Scope is written down
Before we start, you sign a cut-list. Anything not on it is a change request.
- 02
Written estimate in 24 hours
Every request gets a written price within one business day. Work starts only after you confirm.
- 03
Impact on timeline
Each estimate states how the request changes the launch date.
- 04
Free swaps
Swap a feature for another of the same size at no cost, as long as work on it hasn’t started.
- 05
Upgrade, not overpay
When add-ons approach the gap to the next tier, you move up and everything paid is credited (e.g. Launch + 2 roles = Scale).
- 06
After launch
New features go through App Care hours, a retainer or a separate sprint.
// continuity
Distributed team, no single point of failure
Distributed
Engineers across several European locations, overlapping with US mornings and full EU/UK working days.
Backup power & internet
Every workplace has backup power and redundant connectivity.
Bus factor
Two people know every project. Code and docs live in your repository, not on our laptops.

Email, idea or URL, budget. A senior engineer replies with a written estimate and a cut-list.
