Who we are
Wisenheimer (“we”) is a software development studio operated by a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP). Contact: hello@wisenheimer.io.
What we collect
Data you send through our forms (name, email, company, country, role, project description, budget), technical data (pages visited, referrer, UTM parameters, device type) and, with your consent, data collected by analytics and advertising pixels.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and prepare an estimate (pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); to run and improve the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); for analytics and advertising only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Processors
CRM, email, hosting/CDN, analytics (Google Analytics / Tag Manager), advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok) when you consent, and the scheduling tool for calls. Some processors are located outside the EEA; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Leads that don’t become clients: up to 24 months. Client data: for the contract duration plus the period required by tax law.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You can request to know, delete or correct personal information and opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising by declining advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information.
Product apps
Our individual products have their own privacy policies, linked inside each product (for example, InstaText).
