Refund Policy

Before work starts
If you cancel before the project kick-off, the prepayment is refunded in full minus payment processing fees.
During the project
Work is split into stages (scoping, demo, launch). Payments for completed stages are not refundable; payments for stages not started are refunded.
Paid audits and Blueprint
Delivered audits and Blueprints are not refundable. Their cost is credited toward the main contract if you start within the stated period.
Subscriptions (App Care, retainers)
Can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. The current month is not refunded.
